Location: Poundbury, Dorset

Scope: Acorn has worked with Places for People across two phases at Peninsula View, Poundbury, delivering a broad range of internal and external finishing packages.

Phase 1 comprised 14 houses and garages, the second phase comprised a further five detached houses and garages.

Across both phases, Acorn provided a multi-trade package tailored to the requirements of each stage of the development. Our involvement across different elements of the build allowed us to work closely with the wider site team, coordinating our works with the construction programme and adapting our scope to the requirements of each phase.

The project demonstrates Acorn's ability to support residential developments across multiple phases, providing a combination of plastering, drylining, insulation, ceilings, partitioning, screeding and finishing works through a single experienced team.
