Weymouth Ferrybridge

Scope: Acorn is delivering a comprehensive package as part of the redevelopment of the Old Ferrybridge Inn. Our works include drylining, insulation, vapour control, specialist acoustic systems, plastering and a render package, in alliance with Weber.

The Old Malthouse is a high-quality residential development in Langton Matravers, within the Purbeck countryside. The development comprises a mix of apartments and detached homes, designed to compliment the character of the surrounding village and landscape.
Acorn was appointed to deliver a comprehensive internal and external finishing package across the development, providing several key elements of the build from insulation and drylining through to plastering and external render.
Places for People
Penninsula View
Location: Poundbury, Dorset
Scope: Acorn has worked with Places for People across two phases at Peninsula View, Poundbury, delivering a broad range of internal and external finishing packages.
Phase 1 comprised 14 houses and garages, the second phase comprised a further five detached houses and garages.
Across both phases, Acorn provided a multi-trade package tailored to the requirements of each stage of the development. Our involvement across different elements of the build allowed us to work closely with the wider site team, coordinating our works with the construction programme and adapting our scope to the requirements of each phase.
The project demonstrates Acorn's ability to support residential developments across multiple phases, providing a combination of plastering, drylining, insulation, ceilings, partitioning, screeding and finishing works through a single experienced team.
